The Curaçao licence in brief
Curaçao, an autonomous country of the Kingdom of the Netherlands, regulates online gambling through a new law, the LOK (Landsverordening op de Kansspelen), which came into force on 24 December 2024.
Licences are now issued there directly by the Curaçao Gaming Authority (CGA), which succeeded the Gaming Control Board: the former sub-licence system has ended.
The CGA has published a complaints policy and guidelines for alternative dispute resolution (ADR): a player can use them when the casino’s internal procedure fails.
On each review, DropCashCasino states the licence status (active, provisional, expired or not verified on the register) and its source.
