Maximum bet: definition and example
Highest bet allowed per spin while a bonus is active; exceeding it can lead to the bonus and its winnings being voided.
Definition
The terms of a bonus almost always set a maximum bet per spin or per hand. It limits the casino’s risk during the wagering. Some offers also express it as a percentage of the bonus, with the lower of the two limits applying.
Example
With a maximum bet of €5 and €3,500 to wager, you need at least 700 spins to meet the wagering.
What to check
Find the maximum bet before you play with a bonus and set your stake accordingly: a single bet that is too high can be enough to lose the bonus.
