Stablecoin: definition and example
Cryptocurrency designed to track the value of a conventional currency, most often the US dollar (such as USDT and USDC).
Definition
A stablecoin avoids the volatility of cryptocurrencies such as Bitcoin: 1 USDT or 1 USDC is meant to be worth 1 dollar. At the casino, it lets you deposit and withdraw in crypto without the value of your balance changing between the deposit and the withdrawal.
Example
A deposit of 100 USDT is worth roughly 100 dollars at the time of the deposit and at the time of the withdrawal, unlike a deposit in Bitcoin.
What to check
A stablecoin circulates on several networks: use exactly the one indicated by the casino.
In our comparison
In our comparison, USDT is accepted by 13 casinos and USDC by 13 casinos.
