Crash game: definition and example

Game where a multiplier climbs until a random crash point: you must cash out before it to win your multiplied bet.

Definition

In a crash game, each round lasts a few seconds. The player chooses when to cash out, manually or automatically at a preset multiplier. In the model used by provably fair games, the probability of reaching a multiplier m is RTP ÷ m.

Example

With a 97% RTP, an automatic cash-out at x2 wins 48.5% of the time.

What to check

Whatever multiplier you choose, the average loss remains the house edge: only the pace and the risk change.
